The Ares I-X launch team, trying to dodge winds and clouds, now plans to resume the T-4 minute countdown at 10:15 a.m. CDT, aiming for a 10:19 liftoff. The launch window ends at 11 a.m. The launch will be rescheduled for a 7 a.m. through 11 a.m. window on Wednesday if it does not lift off today.
Everything was “go” when a freighter entered the danger zone with just over 2 minutes left in the countdown. By the time the team cleared the freighter and recycled the countdown, clouds had converged on the launch site.
